Place your bets and hope that you hit at least 3 matching symbols across one of the 20 paylines. The biggest payouts are worth up to 15x, and you can get that for a group of 5 wilds. The global multiplier starts at 1x, and each time a single flip symbol lands, it can randomly select one of the low-paying symbols and turn it into wilds. The symbol becomes a wild itself and can reveal a multiplier worth up to 100x, which is added to the global multiplier.
There's also a mass flip symbol, and these will transform all of the low-paying symbols and add potential multipliers.
You can enter the free spins bonus when you land between 3 and 5 scatter symbols, and the result is up to 10 free spins. The benefit is that the global multiplier remains progressive until the end of the game.

There are a couple of key moments in Blood Rebels to help this game attract some attention, and those are the flip symbols and bonus games. Transforming low-paying symbols isn't exactly cutting edge, and a standard free spins bonus makes this game feel decidedly Hacksaw in its approach. Bullshark could have fought harder to add a few of their own ideas to the mix, in my opinion, but it's still a fairly decent game either way.
