It isn't obvious where this game is going to take you but it comes from ELK, so I'm assuming there'll be plenty of win potential here. They don't normally go too heavy on the contentious subjects and I imagine they’ll skirt around any detail with some fun animations and light-hearted pokes rather than making this slot too political.

He joins forces with Diaz and the Matador to create these modifications and their connections go a little something like this. Toro is a wild symbol that begins to move from right to left and creates a respin each time until he eventually disappears from the game area. Crossing over the wilds helps to increase multipliers. Diaz is a sticky version of the wild and he can be removed by Toro, and also creates matador symbols. The Matador symbols are essentially wild multipliers and they bring respins. These symbols can move around and continue to bring their wild multiplying magic until Toro charges. If Diaz is on the grid at the same time as the Matador, you'll see Diaz increase the multiplier values.
The bonus games are an extension of the modifiers throughout the base game and you'll find that Clean the Streets is the name given to the moment when Diaz and Toro appear at the same time on the grid. You can use the X-iter options and make each spin three times more likely to trigger this cleaning operation for 2.5x, or you can make it five times more likely for 5x. 10x will give you a guaranteed spin with a Diaz symbol and 25x provides a spin with a guaranteed trigger of the Toro Goes wild feature.

This guy is looking to clean the streets and bring order instead of corruption. If he lands at the same time as a Diaz symbol, Diaz will create some Matador goons, and then Toro charges them to provide wild symbols. This could create wins as the wilds begin to move. Multipliers may also be added to this symbol.
When Diaz turns up at the same time as the matadors, you could be in for some big wins because these goons bring big multiplier figures. You can see wins increasing thanks to these wild multipliers and Diaz will make things even better by increasing those values during some respins.
Not many slots have this payline structure with connected ways creating the wins. It is a little annoying that they can't be more than one row above or below when the matching symbols start to form the groups though. However, the very versatile wild symbol helped me out on many occasions and my balance breathed a sigh of relief. I was 30x down in the base game until the Toro finally started running wild and that pushed it back close to where I started. After an hour of spinning, I was struggling to see where that 10,000x max win was going to come from, unless you have a fortnight off work and quite a large bankroll.
ELK seems to have gone backwards with this creation, but not necessarily in a bad way. It just feels a little more like a classic ELK slot action rather than some of their newer material. You've got a faded-out background with a bridge making its way across the river and some fairly bold symbols making up the basic wins. I like the wild movements as the Toro moves across the screen, as it adds to the old-school ELK vibe. This huge grid will fit onto your mobile screen but it's perhaps better viewed on a larger device.
Toro 911 was a bit of a surprise for me, but a nice one in some ways. We've seen the bull make an appearance before in Wild Toro, many years ago in fact, and the developer obviously thought it was the right time to uncage this animal once again.
