This seems to be a good week for fishing slots and Oxygen 3 is leading the way. There are six reels of action playing out with avalanche mechanics, oxygen bubbles, multipliers and a ton of other entertainment to appreciate.
This slot is enormous and some of the symbols can be ridiculously large! It all starts with regular wins, and these form in a cluster pays pattern. This means that a minimum of five matching symbols can create a win, but they must be touching horizontally or vertically. The best of the bunch is a group of 32 or more red squid symbols and these will get you 250x.
Winning symbols explode to make room for new ones, and the first explosion creates a bubble. Each explosion after that builds up a multiplier. There's a multiplier strike that can place clusters of these bubbles with multipliers on the grid. Clam symbols are wild and if they form part of a win, they can set the starfish, squid or pearl into motion.
The pearls select a regular symbol and feature ones, and they become sticky. The squid generates wild symbols and the starfish rotates and removes symbols. The multiplier also increases at that point. Exploding wilds can also remove symbols and the wild blast will convert symbols into wilds – these are activated when they form part of a win, or they get affected by another explosion.
You get 10 free spins when three bonus symbols land and you receive 10 bonus drops. There's an oxygen meter that fills up with each winning combo and when it's full, it triggers upgrades and a cluster of multipliers.
If one of the bonus symbols is a super symbol, you get the more advanced version of the game. The oxygen meter can trigger a large cluster of multipliers to hopefully bring bigger wins.

These are wild symbols and if they form part of a win, they trigger one of three special features. Fitting all of this action together must have been a bit of a nightmare for the design team and I imagine there were probably a few sleepless nights with plenty of things that could have gone wrong.
