Pop Wins is an intriguing mechanic that has kept the slot fraternity happy for several years now. The basic idea is that when you land a win, the existing symbols disappear and come back twice as strong. It increases the number of rows and the number of win ways as well.
Regular payouts occur when groups of three, four or five matching symbols land on adjacent reels. The royal symbols can get you up to 0.6x and the picture symbols pay up to 2.5x.
During the base game, you might see the monkey expand the game area to its maximum size and bring you a ridiculous number of win ways. You'll see the global multiplier make a brief appearance, and this grows by +1 with each win.

My balance struggled for a while before eventually picking up something half decent in the free spins bonus. By the end of my session with this game, I was 14x up.
The design really hasn't moved on in the last 3 years, and it still feels as basic as it did before. You've got a pleasant cherry blossom background and a watery cove where the Monkey resides this time round.
