Bill & Coin 2
Our Rating
We're not sure when the first Hot Offer was made but that doesn't seem to matter when you start to unpack what's in this box. Mystery cash prizes, jackpots, collection meters, respins, free spins and just about everything else that you can imagine might just come to life when you take a spin on Hot Offer 2.
Full review continued below ↓I love a game that teases you and tempts you with cash offers or a chance to take the prizes on display. That's only part of the story in this game though, as you might also get some free spins, respins and jackpot prizes too!
This game seems to offer a little something for everybody with plenty of teasing going on during the base game and some tough decisions to make as the features trigger. Before you get to the good stuff, you'll have to make your way through a few quiet base game spins I imagine.
These spins create wins on 20 paylines using card symbols and pictures. The most valuable are the red sevens and these will fetch up to 20x. Wild symbols substitute for regular payers. Chips are also fairly readily available and these offer a mystery prize or a cash figure. You need five or more of them to land to reap any rewards.
At this point, you get to collect all of the cash values, if there are no mystery chips on the screen, and the prizes will depend on how far through the chip levels you are. There are 10 levels and you go from one to the other each time you collect 25 chips.
It begins with the red level that pays values worth up to 5x and it ends with the gold level with chips worth up to 100x. If any of these chips show a mystery ‘?’, then a hot offer is made without revealing the value of any hidden chips. You can take it if you want or you can choose to open up the mystery chips and see what you've won.
Special chips have a little fiery outline and these can either boost the chip meter or you might get entry to the respins feature. Some chips are harbouring jackpot prizes and these are worth between 50x and 2500x.
Triggering the Hot Chip Respins means that you'll play three respins and each time a chip lands, you'll see those three spins renewed. Each spin that doesn't produce a chip takes away a life. At the end of the game, you collect up your cash prizes or you might have a hot offer if one of the chips is a mystery prize.
The free spins bonus turns up when three or more bonus scatter symbols land and this gets you seven free spins. During the bonus game, standard wins are doubled, as are chip collectors and chip prizes. The chip meter is also doubled, so you'll hopefully get through to a higher level without it resetting. Extra spins are available when you retrigger via status symbols.
Paying an extra 25% on top of your bet amount will double the chance of landing the bonus game. Finally, outside the UK, players can buy seven free spins for 40x, 100x or 300x. The difference is that you either start on level 1, 5 or 10.
When five or more chips / mega chips land at the same time and one or more are showing a ‘?’, you'll receive a hot offer. You can take the cash offer available or you can wait and see what cash prizes are hidden. After the offer, the chip meter resets. If none of the chips show a ‘?’, you simply collect the value on the chips.
Some chips are more valuable than others and filling the meter will take you through 10 levels where they eventually show prizes worth up to 100x your bet. Special chips can boost the meter and mega chips offer jackpot prizes, which are worth between 50x and 2500x. These values are doubled during the free spins bonus.
Triggering this feature means that you get three respins and the idea is to land as many chips as possible. A spin that doesn't produce a chip will result in a life being lost and each time one lands, your three spins are reset. At the end of the game, you either get to take the cash values on the chips or a hot offer will come your way.
Landing three or more scatter symbols will deliver 7 free spins and you get to witness the double up power. Regular wins, chip collections and chip prizes all get doubled throughout your bonus spins and you'll also notice something special about the chip meter. This keeps on growing as the chips boost you through the levels and it won't reset after a hot offer is awarded. You can retrigger the bonus game and grab an extra seven spins.
Standard base game wins can't help but feel a little underwhelming due to all of the features taking place but they are still worth having if you can get a large enough combo on the move. The hot offer can sometimes be quite substantial as well, depending on the level on the chip meter. Free spins aren’t just a pleasant addition to fill the time either. Instead, all of the prize values are doubled, including jackpots, and that should help increase your payouts at the same time. The max win is worth 5,000x.
Bright and garish is the order of the day with neon lights and plenty of flashing elements that should keep you on your toes. All of the symbols are outrageously over the top and I imagine this was the developer's aim! Despite the fact that there’s so much going on in this game, everything is laid out clearly and none of the features require any extra graphics to clutter up the base game. You simply wait for features to trigger and then you get the extra visuals. It's much the same on mobile devices as well.
There's a lot going on in Hot Offer 2 and that should please many of you. Don't be fooled by this simple appearance that looks like a basic payline slot because there's so much more to it than that. Big wins are possible and feature action is only ever a few spins away.
