Wins are made up of groups of three, four or five matching symbols and they begin their clusters on the left-hand reel. They must form a combo by landing on adjacent reels and you'll see that the lowest payers have a value worth up to 0.5x. The toad symbols can grow to 2.50x when you have a five of a kind.
These toads are all part of the game in more ways than you might imagine as they also appear on a carousel at the top of the game area. The purpose of this is to choose a toad with each spin and if two scatter symbols land at the same time, then all toads that are lower than the chosen one will be upgraded to match it. If the upgraded toad lands on a golden lilypad and helps create a win, they will split in two and show more win ways.

I've got to be honest, I didn't know that there was a Fire Toad 1 until I came to review this game. I assume that the graphics have been upgraded slightly but I don't imagine Play’n GO has gone overboard. The animations are simple but effective and you see each of the toad symbols receive a little fiery addition. The scatter symbols flutter gently as they land and everything fits nicely with the theme. The game area is floating on a pond and the fire element is present in the background with lava flowing between the rocks. The soundtrack has a nice Tiki vibe to it and you can enjoy all of this on mobile devices as well.
Fire Toad 2 is a surprisingly action-packed game when you consider how many features and modifiers are taking place. However, it always depends on how often it gives up the good stuff. Play’n GO isn't notorious for allowing their slots to constantly bombard you with fun spins though, so take that into account before you play. The max win feels like quite a tall order, even though it's quite low at 5,300x. Apparently, this will drop once in every 500 million spins.
