The vampire gives you 10 free spins with a 2x multiplier, and the werewolf offers seven spins with a 3x multiplier. Even after playing this game for quite some time, I still can't quite work out where the developer has plucked the regular symbol values from. The hit rate is fairly decent, but with such small prizes on offer, it doesn't really matter. However, my balance seemed to strangely enjoy the experience, but that was largely due to the duel taking place quite regularly. It seems that everything has been loaded into the prize duel and the bonus game – nothing else really matters! It's great that you can grab a max win from the bonus feature, and if that happens, you'll walk off with over 5,000x.
There's a bit too much going on in Fang & Fortune to put you at ease when you first load it up. If you're new to the world of video slots, then this may put you off. It's quite a simple idea once you manage to cancel out a lot of the noise, and you'll soon see that landing wins with the introduction of various animations at any point. Mobile phones are seemingly just as confused by this creation as any other device, so feel free to be a little bewildered while on the move.
Fang & Fortune is a great example of a game based on a good idea, but something didn't quite work out during the design stage. Unfortunately, the execution is a little confusing, and it's going to hurt this slot’s popularity in the long run. I quite enjoyed the payouts though, and I certainly didn't think I'd be saying that at the end of this review!
