I really wanted that extra dose conveyor belt to work its magic more often than it did. It felt pretty relentless and very rarely gave me enough wins to deliver wilds or boost the global multiplier. Naturally, it all depends on how the medium / high volatility is feeling at the time, so some spins will be pretty lousy while others might be quite ambitious. If you're lucky, you could walk away with a 12,000x max win.
