The thing that surprised me most about this game was finding out that Black and Yellow by Wiz Khalifa is 15 years old! Who knows how much the developer had to weigh out to get this official soundtrack, but I hope it was worth it!
This slot uses a cluster pays formation and produces them in a honeycomb format. Very clever! Winning symbols must be connected to each other and a minimum group of five is required for a payout. The top reward is 50x for a group of 35 or more diamonds.
Wins can also be created by the cash symbols, and these can be up to 100x in size. If they aren't part of a win, these cash symbols could trigger an instant bonus from the bee, and this may be one of the four jackpot prizes.
Every time a win is formed, the rush meter grows a little, and you can make your way through three levels. You need 30, 60 and then 90 winning symbols to make it through.
These levels trigger The Colony feature, and you get a payout with each one. The first is 7 symbols, the second is up to 15, and the third is up to 37. There are also walking wilds, and if they form part of a winning cluster, they don't get removed along with the rest of the symbols. However, I found that the wins turned up fairly regularly on this honeycomb, despite the high volatility.
