The slot’s title might invoke a slightly negative feel but there's certainly nothing bad with a grid that can explode into a modifier frenzy with jackpot prizes and a chance to play for free. On paper, this one's got it all going on!
The most important thing to remember here is that you aren't working with any paylines and you can grab wins by landing groups of matching symbols. This is a cluster pays mechanic and that means matching symbols must touch horizontally or vertically, but they can fall anywhere on the grid.
A minimum group of five is required to pick up a win. The lowest paying symbols will get you 0.10x and the highest paying symbols will get you 1x. This is the lowest tier payout and will hopefully grow when the cluster bar comes into action.
Each time wins occur, a number of winning symbols are removed and new ones come to join the grid. Winning symbols are added to the cluster bar and if you complete the bar, you upgrade to the next tier. For me, the win potential didn't improve vastly as I moved from base game to bonus game but that was to be expected as there's only a chance of upgrading the wild symbols and not much else. If you buy your way into the super bonus game, who knows what those extra wins will produce. Improving the symbol tiers can be a little tricky as you need to continuously pick up large clusters but the padlock symbols might help. If all goes well, you could reach 12,000x.
