Hopefully, this game isn't just about the blood and gore and it will also bring some fabulous features to the forefront. You need to keep an eye on those jars as they contain something quite disgusting, but you never know when a multiplier might pop out. The game plays out over a fairly standard-looking looking four reels with royal symbols and wild symbols making up the base game basics. Landing a win requires a group of three or more matching symbols to line up on one of the 20 paylines.
Your basic wins come from the royal symbols and the picture symbols get the best results. The top-paying picture symbol can get you 44x, as can the wild symbol. These are pretty good payouts for standard symbols, so I wouldn't expect too much in the way of modifications.
The major highlight comes when the bizarre doctor appears and can either land as a single symbol or as an entire reel. All of the symbols contained within this larger symbol will split and double their size. The original symbol will then act as a wild.
I did warn you not to expect too many modifications during the base game, but I bet you weren't expecting to arrive to the free spins bonus description quite so quickly!
Getting here requires three scatter symbols and you get three spins. Scatter symbols landing on the central reel will turn it wild and it will stay there for the whole game. The three central reels will spin independently and wild symbols, extra spin symbols and empty symbols might land. When wilds and extra spin symbols land, they award a respin, and if number symbols appear, they can add to the number of spins. Wilds can get split and build up multipliers.

There's no reason to think that the 20,000x max win won't appear at some point because the top payout generally does occur with Nolimit City games – I managed to land it myself after quite a short stint. They are a trustworthy bunch! The volatility is extremely high and this means you'll have to play through quite a lot of weirdness until you see a big win.
These poor animals have clearly been left psychologically scarred by Dr Bizarre's experimental ways. You'll see goats attached to squirrels and who knows what else as the green smoke billows from the chimney top above his lab. Bizarre is one of Nolimit City’s more modest creations of late and they haven't gone for hundreds of modifications to keep the crowds confused.
