At Betplay, everyone’s a VIP, in that the rakeback and 10% cashback are enabled from the off. There are cash drops and free spins rewards, too, but there’s little information on what those rewards consist of—how much cash and how many spins, for example.
There are 14 loyalty/VIP levels, incrementally going from Bronze to Obsidian. As you place bets, you’ll notice your meter in the member area fills up. Once it’s full, you advance to the next level. As you do so, you get increased rakeback rates, more free spins awards and cash drop rewards for when you deposit different cryptocurrencies. I’m always a fan of these loyalty perks, because even when your bets don’t come off, you’ll at least have advanced toward the next level and be closer to more perks.
A major plus is that the rakeback and cashback bonuses come with no wagering requirements. It would be nice if there were the same clarity regarding the content and requirements of the other bonuses, not to mention how much you have to deposit in order to advance along the VIP program.
It doesn’t matter how good the range of games is: if the site that offers them is a mess, folk will end up going elsewhere. Although Betplay isn’t perfect, it has it where it counts.
