The base game wins can be fairly decent when they land, and I didn't think that the 65x price tag to head straight to the free spins bonus was bad either. It's good that the high-paying symbols can win these fights and produce some sticky wilds, but the standard bonus won't guarantee it. My first experience of this bonus round was a bit of a flop, but things did get better as I went further into my session.
