If you've played Fire in the Hole or Fire in the Hole 2, you will know to expect the unexpected! The list of Nolimit modifiers keeps on growing and they seem to have thrown them all in here to see what happens. The results could be blistering!

Gameplay & Features

This strange mining adventure begins with three rows and six reels offering an odd bunch of symbols. Wins come your way when you land between three and six matching symbols in a row on adjacent reels. There are no fixed paylines to worry about. 

The most basic symbols offer you up to 1.50x and the picture symbols can pay 7.50x for a group of six. When a win occurs, the rows below begin to collapse and you can bring additional symbols along for the ride. This can also occur when you see a wild explosion or you trigger the wild mining and xHole features. 

The x-bomb wild symbol substitutes for other regular payers and an exploding wild symbol will remove other symbols next to it and increase the win multiplier at the same time. 

The wild mining feature triggers when you get a group of three, four, five or six matching symbols and in return, you can see up to four wilds arrive on the reels. The special features that sit in the ice below the bar can be brought into the game as you start collapsing the rows and here you will see wilds, xSplits, win multipliers, xHole, bonus or max symbols. 

The xHole symbol sees regular paying symbols brought in from the reels and then scattered into other positions to try and create a win and the xSplit symbols will double other symbols on the same reel to give you extra symbols to work with. 

Bonus Game 

Landing between three and five bonus symbols will get you a respins bonus which starts with three lives and each time you land a coin, you can watch those lives reset. Coin values are worth up to 100x and if you're lucky enough to enter with six bonus symbols, you get a persistent dwarf symbol. 

The top row of the game area now reveals enhancers which can improve your payouts. Multipliers will increase the value of the coins and dynamite helps to remove blocks, double coin values and more. The persistent dynamite symbol will drop dynamite symbols with each spin and the persistent dwarf will collect the values of coins in that area. 

An evil dwarf will trigger a golden spin which reactivates coins and retriggers enhancers while the xHole sucks in regular symbols and then spits them out again to try and create a win. The bottom row has a collect chest which can be activated by the dynamite and when this happens, it collects in the values on that corresponding column. 

There are various purchase options to try and improve your chances of seeing the best parts of this game and they vary wildly in price. Paying up to 500x will take you into different stages of the bonus game and 240x will give you a chance of landing any of them randomly. You can pay 7,000x for a one-off chance to hit the top win but remember that these won't be available in the UK. 

What you might be able to do is use the 2x option which brings a bonus coin onto the reels, the 5x option will guarantee at least three frozen bonus symbols and you can also pay 5x to bring all of the rows into play.
