In this game, you can pick up a payout of up to 100x, and that's for a set of 27 or more wild symbols. Minimum returns require at least 5 matching symbols to land in a cluster formation, but this can be anywhere on the game area.
Winning symbols get removed as a payout takes place, and you've got some cell multipliers working their magic at the same time. To witness the cell multipliers, you need the firepower bomb symbols to land, and any wins that take place on new cells with multipliers will have the multipliers added together and applied to the payout. These figures reset after a losing spin.
The bomb symbols can blast in various directions and can affect up to 5 symbols along the line. The fire type adds multipliers, and the ice bomb will add matching symbols to the grid.
3 or more scatter symbols will trigger a number of free spins, but this is all dependent on the type of bonus you play. The most basic will give you 10 free spins, and you'll see progressive cell multipliers.
4 scatter symbols will return 12 free spins, and in addition to the progressive cell multipliers, all bombs will explode in all 4 directions.
The bombs can either add a little fire or ice to the grid, and both can have exceptional results. The fire version can add multipliers of up to 20x, and the ice bomb will add matching symbols. The bombs explode and take out neighbouring symbols to add their modification and hopefully improve your payouts.

The cell multipliers are progressive, and if you play the Maximum Blast game, you'll get 12 plays. In addition to the progressive multiplier, you can see a little extra action from the bomb symbols as they explode in 4 directions rather than one.
I was pleasantly surprised by how the Power Bomb symbols can develop this grid and turn some otherwise lacklustre wins into something quite eye-catching. It wasn't unreasonable to think that they might keep my balance way above where it started when I initially began to hit the spin button. Unfortunately, the volatility felt a little higher than advertised, and I did struggle slightly. Eventually, I made it into the bonus game a few times, and that progressive cell multiplier worked well. I ended up just over 20x above where I started.
I have no idea what is going on in this game, but at least these teddy bears are safety-conscious. To help set them apart, one is red and the other is blue, and these represent the fire and ice aspect. The right-hand side of the game depicts the ice quite nicely, but the left is more of a summer afternoon with a cool breeze rather than a wildfire alert. Presumably there's a slight Oriental edge to this idea, but it is quite subtle. The soundtrack leans heavily in this direction, but not much else.
Boombear Bros confused the hell out of me when I first laid eyes on it, but I quickly saw that the matching symbols and multipliers were the mainstay for anyone looking to grab big wins. As the bombs blast, the payouts can increase, and making it to the bonus game can only mean good things.
