Inspired Entertainment started life as a 2002 UK startup, Inspired Gaming. A quarter of a century or so later they were employing more than 800 people with 50,000 physical gaming machines in casinos across the world. Initially focused on the land-based sector, Inspired moved into iGaming, RNG slots and server‑based gaming in 2011.
Inspired Gaming became Inspired Entertainment in 2016 when they were acquired by American e-sports organisation Hydra.
The future looks bright for Inspired Entertainment. They unveiled new gaming solutions at EAG 2026 and ICE 2026, including the STRATA lottery platform.
